Terms and Conditions of Just 6 Weeks
Latest update: October 27, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Aleksandr Lomakin, the developer of Just 6 Weeks (“we”, “us”). They cover the app on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android, including Premium. By downloading or using the app, you accept these Terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the app.
The main points:
- Just 6 Weeks is a fitness app, not a medical service. Check with your doctor before you start, and stop if something feels wrong.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel them.
- Payments and refunds go through Apple or Google.
- The free version shows ads; Premium removes them.
- Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
About us and these Terms
Just 6 Weeks is a fitness and exercise tracking application. Its goal is to make sports enjoyable and to make a positive contribution to people’s health.
Just 6 Weeks is provided by:
Aleksandr Lomakin
ul. Akademika Pavlova, 56k1, apt. 136

Email: alex.crusher@gmail.com (for help with the app you can also write to support@antireverse.com)
Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you got it from — the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service — which govern payments in particular. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If you got the app from the App Store, the additional terms for App Store users apply as well.
Health and safety
Just 6 Weeks is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any kind of medical care. Calorie estimates, workout plans and any information provided by the application are for general fitness and informational purposes only and are approximate.
Your health is very important to us — ALWAYS consult your doctor before starting, modifying or ending any exercise program, especially in the presence of any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or any other circumstances that may affect physical activity. Just 6 Weeks neither substitutes your doctor, nor is Just 6 Weeks responsible for your behavior. The contents of Just 6 Weeks are not meant to supplement, let alone replace, the information provided by doctors or pharmacies.
Just 6 Weeks may optionally integrate with Apple Health (iPhone and Apple Watch) and Google Health Connect (Android) to save workouts and import body measurements; these integrations are entirely optional, require your explicit consent, and can be revoked at any time through the device’s system settings.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are solely responsible for your health, for the accuracy of profile data you enter into the application, and for stopping any exercise immediately if pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other adverse symptom occurs.
In addition:
- Start at a level that suits you, warm up, use correct form and train on a stable, non-slip surface. Exercises such as pull-ups and dips need sturdy equipment that is installed correctly.
- Heart rate, calories and other figures shown by the app or your devices are estimates and may be inaccurate. Don’t use them to make medical decisions.
- If you are under 18, train under the supervision of a parent, guardian or coach.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Who can use the app
You must be at least 13 years old to use Just 6 Weeks. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf. You may not use the app where the law forbids you to.
Your account
- You can use the app without an account. An account keeps your data in the cloud, so you can restore it and use it on several devices.
- Give accurate information, keep your password safe and don’t share your account with others. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has access to it, change your password and tell us.
- Accounts are personal. Accounts created by bots or other automated means aren’t allowed.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → your account → Delete the Account) or by writing to us. Deleting the account doesn’t cancel subscriptions.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these Terms or the law, or to harm the app, us or other people. Unless the law or safety prevents it, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to respond. If we close your account without good reason, you keep any right to a refund that the law gives you.
Premium and payments
Just 6 Weeks has a free version with ads and Premium, which unlocks additional features — such as extra workout programs, your own workouts and circuit training — and removes ads. The features and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Buying
- Premium is sold as an automatically renewing subscription (for example monthly or yearly) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency and include taxes where the store charges them.
- All purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and charged to your store account. The store’s terms apply to the payment.
- Purchases are linked to your store account and to the platform you bought them on (iOS or Android). To get them on a new device with the same store account, use Restore Purchases in the app.
- We sometimes offer sales and discounts, at our discretion. A discount applies only to the purchase and period stated in the offer. It doesn’t entitle you to future discounts or to a refund of the difference for earlier purchases.
- Earlier one-time purchases, such as Pro in previous versions or the former Just 6 Weeks Pro app, keep the features they unlocked. They are not the same as Premium.
Free trials
Some subscriptions start with a free trial; its length is shown before you start. When the trial ends, the paid subscription starts and you are charged automatically, unless you cancel before the trial ends — in the App Store, at least 24 hours before. A trial is usually available once per store account.
Automatic renewal
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the price current at that time, until you cancel it.
- App Store: the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. To avoid it, turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Google Play: the renewal is charged when the new period starts. Cancel before then to avoid it.
- If the price of a subscription goes up, the store tells you in advance and, where its rules or the law require, asks for your agreement. You can cancel before the new price applies.
How to cancel
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Just 6 Weeks → Cancel Subscription (Apple’s instructions).
- Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Just 6 Weeks → Cancel subscription (Google’s instructions).
- Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time payment without renewals. It unlocks Premium for as long as we offer Just 6 Weeks and Premium on the platform where you bought it — “lifetime” refers to the life of the app. Premium features may change over time, as described in Changes and availability. If we ever stop offering the app, we’ll try to announce it in advance.
Refunds and cancellation rights
- App Store. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases; we can’t issue them ourselves. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play. Google Play’s refund policies apply. Shortly after a purchase you can request a refund from Google Play directly. If Google can’t help, write to us.
- EU and UK. If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content and services that you start using straight away, this right may end once you start using them, if you agreed to that when buying. Apple and Google handle withdrawals from purchases made through their stores.
- Brazil. Consumers have a 7-day right of regret (art. 49 of the Consumer Defense Code). You can use it through the store or by writing to us.
- Other rights. If the law where you live gives you further rights, you can use them through the store or by writing to us.
Ads
The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob on iPhone and iPad and by Yodo1 and its advertising partners on Android. We don’t choose individual ads and aren’t responsible for advertisers’ products, websites or offers; if you tap an ad, the advertiser’s terms apply. The Privacy Policy explains how advertising partners use data and what choices you have. Premium removes ads.
Your content
- The workouts, names, pictures and other content you add remain yours.
- You allow us to store, copy, process and display this content only as needed to provide the app to you — for example to sync it between your devices and keep it in your account. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that remain in backups for a short time (see the Privacy Policy).
- Your content is private: the app doesn’t publish it or show it to other users. When you share something yourself, for example a workout result, you choose where it goes.
- Only add content that you have the right to use and that doesn’t break the law or other people’s rights. We don’t review your content, but we may remove content that clearly breaks these Terms or the law if we learn about it.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- use the app in a way that breaks the law or other people’s rights;
- copy, sell, rent, distribute or publish the app or its content — workout programs, texts, images, animations, sounds — beyond what these Terms allow;
- decompile, reverse engineer or modify the app, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- get around purchases, ads, security features or usage limits, for example with modified versions of the app;
- try to access other users’ data or our systems without permission, or overload them, for example with bots or scripts.
If you break these rules, we may limit or end your access to the app and its online features.
Our rights and your licence
- The app and everything in it — software, design, workout programs, texts, images, animations, icons, sounds, the Just 6 Weeks name and logo — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms and the usage rules of the store you got it from.
- The app includes open-source and other third-party components that are licensed under their own terms.
- All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Services of other companies
The app works with services of other companies, such as Apple Health, Health Connect, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, the App Store and Google Play. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We aren’t responsible for these services and can’t guarantee that they will always be available or keep working with the app.
Changes and availability
- We update the app regularly and may add, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces Premium during a period you have paid for, you can cancel, and you keep any right to a refund that the store’s rules or the law give you.
- The app needs a compatible device with a supported version of iOS, watchOS or Android, and an internet connection for your account, purchases and some other features. The current requirements are shown in the App Store and Google Play and may change with updates. Some features depend on your device, for example the Apple Watch app, Apple Health and Health Connect.
- The app and its online features may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of problems with our providers or your connection. We try to keep interruptions short.
- We may stop offering the app. If we do, we’ll try to tell you in advance and help you get a copy of your data.
- We may update these Terms and will show the date of the latest update at the top. For significant changes, we’ll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Changes don’t apply retroactively. If you don’t agree with the new Terms, stop using the app and cancel your subscription; if you keep using the app after they take effect, the new Terms apply to you.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it, and close your account as described in Your account. We may end this agreement or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the app. When the agreement ends, your licence to use the app ends too. Provisions that by their nature should survive, such as Disclaimers, Liability and Governing law and disputes, continue to apply.
Disclaimers
We work hard to make Just 6 Weeks reliable and useful, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We also don’t promise that the app will work without interruptions or errors, that it will meet all your needs, or that you will reach a particular result — training progress depends on many factors, including your health and effort. Keep your own copy of anything that matters to you; signing in, for example, keeps your data in the cloud.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights when digital content or a digital service isn’t as described or isn’t fit for purpose. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
Liability
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for any other liability that can’t be limited by law.
- Subject to that, we aren’t liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable when you started using the app, for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, business or opportunity. The app is for private use, and we aren’t liable for business losses.
- Subject to the first point, our total liability for all claims related to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Just 6 Weeks in the 12 months before the claim arose and USD 50.
- If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. In Germany, we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence, only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the typical, foreseeable damage.
- If you are a consumer in Australia, you keep the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, which these Terms can’t exclude or limit.
- If you use the app in breach of these Terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of that, you agree to compensate us for the resulting reasonable losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law and disputes
- If you have a problem, please write to us first. Most issues can be solved quickly, and we reply to complaints within 30 days.
- The law of the Russian Federation, where we are based, applies to these Terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
- If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Otherwise, disputes are decided by the courts of the place where we are based.
Additional terms for App Store users
If you downloaded Just 6 Weeks from Apple’s App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your licence is limited to using the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; the app may also be used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for maintaining and supporting the app. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, to the extent they aren’t excluded by these Terms.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement (including those that apply to HealthKit), and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging the claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that the U.S. Government has designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- When using the app, you must comply with applicable third-party terms, such as those of your mobile carrier.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- If the App Store shows Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for Just 6 Weeks, it governs your licence to use the app and these Terms add to it. If they conflict regarding the licence, the Standard EULA prevails.
General
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the store terms mentioned above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the app.
- If a court finds part of these Terms invalid, the rest stays in force, and the invalid part is replaced by a valid provision closest to its purpose or by the applicable law.
- If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we don’t give it up.
- We may transfer this agreement to someone who takes over the app, as long as your rights under it aren’t reduced. You may not transfer your rights under it without our written consent.
- These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
